Baked Ziti is a classic comfort food made with ground beef, tomato sauce, and plenty of cheese. This is a simple single-serving recipe, perfect for cooking for yourself, and it might even be enough for two if served with a side.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, ground beef, 1/4 tsp salt, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.

- Remove from heat, add the cooked pasta, and set the skillet aside.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta, 2 tbsp mozzarella, 2 tbsp Parmesan, and the remaining 1/4 tsp salt.
