Description:

Quick, easy, and delicious recipe. Plus, all the necessary ingredients are usually already in the fridge.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta - 200 (g)
  • Olive oil - 1 (tbsp)
  • Sour cream 18% - 500 (g)
  • Grated parmesan cheese - 30 (g)

Instructions:

If you're in a hurry, use thin spaghetti — spaghettini instead of regular spaghetti.

It's important to use heavy cream — it doesn't separate and thickens when heated. It creates a rich sauce with the perfect consistency.

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Fry in a preheated pan with oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Add your favorite spices (e.g., curry or chicken seasoning).
  2. Pour a glass of boiling water over the chicken. Add the spaghetti to the pan. For convenience, you can break them in half.
  3. Pour in the cream, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Make sure the spaghetti is covered with liquid. If needed, add a little more boiling water.
  4. After 15–20 minutes, check if the spaghetti is cooked. If done, turn off the heat.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. You can experiment with spices, constantly updating this dish. I most often cook chicken with curry. And sometimes, instead of curry, I add spinach and a bit of blue cheese. It turns out spicy and sophisticated.
